intel Mac
OS X 10.6.8
Skindigo 3.0.14
Indigo 3.0
I was trying to render a SketchUp model using the trial version of Skindigo, and was getting nowhere. But I got far enough to be able to see the materials editor. So then I went to the tutorials, and I opened the Skindigo Textures tutorial (.skp) and was trying to follow along with the HTML tutorial. But I got stymied immediately because I could get the materials editor to open. I went back to my original drawing, and I couldn't get it to open there either.
I reinstalled Skindigo, and tried to do the tutorial again. I got the materials editor to open for a flash, and then it disappeared and the program crashed. I tried again, and now I can't get the materials editor to open at all.
Little help?
Materials editor
Re: Materials editor
Hi Idjnx,
Some Tutorial + Manual can be found here: http://www.indigorenderer.com/sketchup
It seems you followed that link already, and recognized that they are quite old since the materialEditor doesn't exist anymore...
to Edit a Material directly in Indigo simply open the exported Material with Indigo start rendering and edit your parameters in RealTime in the GUI.
Maybe Skindigo has some advanced features nowadays too, so you can also try to use the latest version of Indigo and the Exporter, by that you only come along up-to-date issues & bugs and don't bother people with old long solved issues
Latest Indigo
Latest Skindigo
Have fun
