My Blender System Console is displaying 3 conflicts with python-2.7.2 and I don't know how to resolve them. I believe this is the main reason for Blendigo-2.5-3.2.5.0 not to enable. I would like to know the best versions, combinations and locations of programs for my 64bit system.
The following appears on the console after loading Blender:
found bundled python: C:\Users\Ed\Desktop\Blender 2.61\2.61\python
Warning: addon-module 'ntpath' found module but without __addon_enabled__field,
possible name collision from file: 'C:\Users\Ed\Desktop\Blender 2.61\2.61\
python\\lib\ntpath.py'
Warning: addon-module 'os' found module but without __addon_enabled__field,
possible name collision from file: 'C:\Users\Ed\Desktop\Blender 2.61\2.61\
python\\lib\os.py'
Warning: addon-module 'stat' found module but without __addon_enabled__field,
possible name collision from file: 'C:\Users\Ed\Desktop\Blender 2.61\2.61\
python\\lib\stat.py'
Does anyone know the fix for this?
Thanks
Ed

Re: Unable to Enable Blendigo Addon in Blender 2.61
You don't need a specific Python version for Blendigo to be recognized as an addon other than what is included in the Blender installation.
Does Blendigo show up in the File\User Preferences/addons tab ?
You should start with installing Blender and Blendigo in the default directories offered by the installers:
Blender -> C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.6.1
Blendigo -> C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.6.1\scripts\addons\indigo
There is a chance that the Blendigo installer has generated another subfolder within the Blender directory and placed the Blendigo script in C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.6.2\scripts\addons\indigo
You can simply move the \indigo folder into :
C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.6.1\scripts\addons
Hint - Blender 2.6.2 is not yet released.
Also as a general guideline I would not take any chances with any of the graphical builds as these may may or may not work.

Re: Unable to Enable Blendigo Addon in Blender 2.61
Yes Blendigo does show up in the addon tabs. I installed the the original Blender 2.61 per your info and I 'm attaching a screen shot of the console that shows what happens after I click on the blendigo tab.

Re: Unable to Enable Blendigo Addon in Blender 2.61
That indeed is odd. It almost looks like there seems to be a general problem with add ons. Some of the problems displayed in the console prior to indigo also seem to point to something to be wrong with other addons, or with addons in general.
I just installed Blender, Indigo and Blendigo on my win 7 installation the other day to help another user, without any issues and any such messages in the console.

Finally got it to work but had to do a destructive install of win7.
