wrong Cache Database after Installatzion V3.2.2

Hello

This Massage send Indigo after Installation V 3.2.2:

Error: Could not add the cache database connection. Please contact support@indigorenderer.com Unable to establish a database connection.

V 3.2.2
Win7, 64 Bit, 6 GB Ram

What can i do?

Hi Frank,

it should work.

Where did you install Indigo to?

We found, that if you install Indigo 64 bit into "Program Files (x86)" instead of "Program Files" (where 64 bit programs should go), or the other way around (Indigo 32 bit in 64 bit program files), you will get this error.

OK

on the first computer (Win7, 64 Bit) i moved the dictory fom D:\Programme to C:\Program Files (x86)\...

than the masseage don´t come, its all OK

But on the second Computer (Win Vista, 64 bit) was the Dictory on C:\Program Files (x86)\... and i installed the 3.2.2 over the old Version, i start Indigo and the massage is on the screen :-(

I deinstalled and installed new -> the massage is on the screen!

What can i do?

Hello all

OK, I have the solution!
I've uninstalled the program and installed in a different directory than the previous version. Then everything goes! Whatever the reason ...
