Indigo went nuts

Post by elDiego » Mon May 30, 2011 10:20 pm

Hello I've been using Indigo exporter from sketchup for a wile, just the trial version, so i decided to try the beta version, after a month of the trial, now evrytime i render it ask me to down my resolution to less than 7.0 megapixels or buy the licence. which is ok i could down my resolution, but this is when the problem comes in, it ONLY renders a small frame of my screen. I even try unstalling evrything from scratch to a new computer and the same thing happend, only a small part of my screen and not the whole picture like it used to, even if it was pretty bad quality resolution. i would apreciate any help since im running late for a presentation.

There are 2 triggers to set the target resolution.

1) Directly in your exporter, set a rez tiny little bit lower the 0.7MP
2) in the Indigo GUI after opening the scene

Try always to use point 1 since its the initial setup and you also have a direct Viewport preview in SketchUp if you changed aspect ratio etc.

or the region of render ! Likely that's happening when your image has such a black frame.

In Indigo you select the rendering region with the selection tool in the view menu. Clicking on actual size seems to reset the region to the whole view.
