New Computer Licence change

Hello,

I receive a new computer yesterday from work.. Dual 6 cores with a quarto 5000 and 24 gigs of ram... I desperately need to get my license from my old computer to my new computer so I can start rendering again. This is for commercial work so time is key! Please if anyone has any help or if someone can reach out from indigo ASAP. I have email support over 4 hours ago and no word..
