Error : Emitting object has zero total luminous flux

Post by Gnifrus » Mon Nov 29, 2010 11:37 pm

Hello,

When I have been trying to render a scene, I keep getting this error :
A problem occured with the scene :
ObjectExcep : Emitting object has zero total luminous flux.

I use the material "Fire Embers" made by Sparlin.

I searched in the forum and i found this topic :
http://www.indigorenderer.com/forum/vie ... ux#p100477

But i don't understand the solution. I can't check the "preference Emission", because I use my material as an external material, and I only give the path of the PIGM or IGM file.

Please help me !!!
Thank you, and excuse me for my very bad english.... :(

softwares and versions please !

You may want to ask in the sub-forum for your exporter since it seems to prevent you to access the required option (not Indigo).

The "Indigo oriented fix" would require editing the IGS manually to add the required tags to the model definition.
obsolete asset

Hello,

I'm very sorry for my late reply but i had a break in the use of Blender for family reasons.
My problem is solved.
It had just the object that was problematic.
I redesigned a new object and everything is back to normal.
Thank you for your help and sorry for my english...
