Ok so there wasn't a sun lamp when I opened your file so I added one in and set the environment to phys. sky & sun (and I cut the top half of your mesh emitters because the faces that are emitting light outside your room aren't contributing to the scene so i cut them out). I attached the resulting image.

My question to you now is, what version of blender/indigo/blendigo are you using?

Hmm well the version numbers match up so i doubt its that...I mean I checked the exporter thread and there was no mention of this issue.

personnally i used indigo/blendigo 2.4.10 for the render i posted.

I didn't have a sun lamp in the scene, so that was probably the problem. I'm still confused about one thing though. If the scene required a sun lamp, why did the scene work without a sun lamp before I added the lights?

Probably because it swtiched to background color the whole time. there use to be a time when if you didnt have a sun lamp it would export as phys. sky & sun anyway and you get an error when indigo would try to load the scene.
