hi giacob
for the glas shadows: set "bidirectional" to "false"(in the infile.txt).
BiDir isn't completly bugfree in the current version.
for the reflection strength: lower the fresnel_scale of the glas-mat. (and check the normals)
For this scene you may try the pathtracer ("metropolis" to "false" in infile)
