tubes hot....

ok i try to give some voltage to my tubes...here is the result...im not satisfied with this light....looks weird.....why? C&C please...

The tubes look better but mate, please not soooo lowpoly. Erm, ... and the
light, well what tonemapping do you use? ;o)

psor i know for the low poly..i fix later this just experiment with emmiters inside the tubes....i use standart tonemaping with d65...
i think there is nothing to do with tonemapping....i use rgb emmiter but why light goes in all the metal surface of tube?is like SSS effect...u understant what i mean? :roll:

Well, ... I would say your metal has a pretty low exponent and so the
reflection is NON-glossy and spreads the light over the surface ... :wink:

For the tonemapping I thought that you meant that the tubes are not bright
enough what could happen if you use reinhard tonemapping ...

no my friend no new 0.7 tests becouse no exporter for max and no free time...if found one of this...may i do something!

i have no idea about blender...i know cinema maya and max but unfortynaly nothing about blender...i install it once and it s like before 15 years when i make my first steps in 3d...i have no time to learn a new 3d package at the moment..sorry.. :cry:
