Hi.
I made these two images, first with .exr pumped to gain=200 and second with sun.
I prefer first one because I think light is more real, but I didn't be able to have very sharp shadows like in second one. Is there a tricks (pump gain .exr to 500..1000...or?) or depend only from .exr image?
(.exr version)

(sun version)

Thanks!

Hmm. looking good .. i like the sun one more... more contrast..
putting gain so high isn't a good idea as this will wash out the exr..
better try to compensate this with exposure / linear tonemapping i would
suggest..
cheers

Thanks u3dreal for answer.
I'll try with linear and with reinhard values! Then I post images!
P.S. Strange but with exr's gain pumped to 200 doesn't wash clouds or other...

Maybe Rainhard brings it back?!
The exr still is HDR and got lots of "unseen" colors inside the "seen" pure white...

Check your untonnemapped.exr...
