Which ones do you mean SURFing? There are a few different types - none of them is elaborate.

The foot shape and the "joint point" on the 2 parts of the leg i would like to know wich technic it's involved because i really can't find it...

Im doing a rendering with a ball i created using your advices!

For the knee, I just knocked two symmetrical bits out of the cylinder-shaped thigh in order to give it the kind of pointy hands. You then cut the same shape out of the lower leg, but inverted, so that they fit together. For this, you would draw curves like you did for the sphere and use them as cutting objects. Only in this case you need to extrude them (so that they create planes) and use boolean substraction instead of trimming, since trimming would cut the surface of the cylinder and show an empty void within, whereas booleans cut shapes into solids. Same difference as cutting into a carboard box compared to cutting into a solid cube of clay.
