Another something I'm working at.
Short deadlines as always.
Sorry for the extreme compression

@pibuz
good start, but I think I don't feel comfortable with the extreme wide angle (guess it's below 20-18mm)
maybe portrait orientation would lower that effect a little
further DOF feels little too much, maybe due to focal lenght
also try to add a nice exp map to floor material to get rid of the plastic look
how much time remaining to deadline?
best regards

I am not fond of the pov either, but i have only one image to describe completely the whole space, which is rather conplex and articulated... Moreover, this is a work for a client who is completely unsupportive: he gave me raw dwgs and told me get a nice render out of this. So I basically don't know anything but the orientative position of the walls and the functions to guest. All the rest is my attempt. I've sent him the same image and I' awaiting an answer right now. Btw, the floor mat is obviously temporary: I'd never let such a flat floor for the definitive render.

Focal length is all my fault: now it's 1.4 but I'm going for 2 for the next tryout. Thanks mate!

Hi Lape!
It rendered on a q6600 for 16hrs or so (I had other things to carry out so I just let it render..).
I TRIED using exit portals since I believe they would be quite efficient in such a scene, but as I posted in the 3.6.9 thread they didn't work at all, producing a weird negative-like result. I think there may be some kind of bug lurking.. Nobody answered me so I don't know if I'm mistaken or if there actually IS a small bug.

Turned out pretty good, though.

Very neat lighting and rendering, however your white materials look a bit like concrete, kind of dead. Don't know if that's what you're looking for, just thought I'd let you know my opinion.

White material is just plain CG white at the moment
In the future, it will be meant to be white plaster, but I haven't worked on it yet. Maybe I'll give it a deeper look if I see that the rest of the scene is simple enough to be calculated in a reasonable lapse of hours.

Nice concept!
You should really improve your textures massively, add 3d grass and improve lighting.

In a so early stage everybody can give ya 1001 hints and ideas. Asking for suggestions is way more rewarding if you already gave your best shot and want to advance even further

If your suggestions aren't about the rendering but architecture in general, well... then you'll have to point that out clearly...
