hey guys
decided to pick this up again. got myself some models off evermotion and added some nifty colour scemes. looking nice so far. still a tad noisy. gonna add some upstaris and downstairs touches still though

cant get anything but a friggen oversaturated white light coming through. cant seem to get visible blue sky.

Up your Reinhart burn value to 10, and then reduce Post scale below as needed to see a sky

you might need to "screen" two outputs, as with reducing post scale, you might get a fairly dark room

kewl tried some new settings, got this. looks nice but a bit dull i think.

yeah, that's clear...
I found, for me, that:
burn is contrast and/or the stretch of the histogram over the full range HDRspectrum (the higher, the more centred in the LDRrange)
post scale is Brightness / Exposure
pre scale is sort of an inverted smooth version of photoshops gamma
as burn lowers the contrast, results might look dull... to screen some differently exposured png images

- that might give nicer results

newest adition. a fancy sofa

i decided to add a seperated lounge area. had to adjust camera angle and push it back a bit to fit it in

a real photo would be blown out as well
only way would be to combine images with 2 differnet tone mapping settings. I suggest a linear version for punch, and just mix in a reinhart version for detail in the blown out areas

here is another with some more added stuff. gonna probably integrate the linear interior with the reinhard sky
