12,000 spp, rendering overnight is now more possible since my video card doesnt use that much power. :)

A more interesting ground material would add a lot to your renders. Even just a simple wood table.

Reworked the old scene a bit. 8800spx/81.5h/MLT+BiDir and a soft noise reduction
Such a big render time is due to the carpet - 17000 instances of the mesh with 1632 faces. A heavy instanced try of getting a sheep wool :)

That's true, but than I'll have to re-render for 85 hours and there are trees on the opposite side of the environment image. Yes, here is a lack of that sunlight...
