Nice colors, such a positive imageENSLAVER wrote:Something else. I will probably resume the render to get rid of that little bit of noise if I find time. No postwork.

12,000 spp, rendering overnight is now more possible since my video card doesnt use that much power.
Re: Simple Renderings Thread
neo,
A more interesting ground material would add a lot to your renders. Even just a simple wood table.

Re: Simple Renderings Thread
Whaat, I meant for the ground material to be neutral but I will look into it.
Re: Simple Renderings Thread
Reworked the old scene a bit. 8800spx/81.5h/MLT+BiDir and a soft noise reduction
Such a big render time is due to the carpet - 17000 instances of the mesh with 1632 faces. A heavy instanced try of getting a sheep wool

Re: Simple Renderings Thread
Nice, but couldn't you have just reversed the environment image?
Re: Simple Renderings Thread
That's true, but than I'll have to re-render for 85 hours and there are trees on the opposite side of the environment image. Yes, here is a lack of that sunlight...Godzilla wrote:Nice, but couldn't you have just reversed the environment image?
