@ThatDude33: Nice image! shame file got corrupt. You're a Maya user, right? Doesn't Maya create a .bak or tmp file somewhere? (I mean, in order to recover your lost file).

ThatDude33 3ds max creates automaticaly an autoback file in your 3ds max directory autoback.....take a look here maybe u find some backup of your file...
how can corrup the file?im 3ds max user too and i never have a corrupt max file since 3d studio max 2.5....may you have a hdd problem...>?

it says 3DS max cannot open dining_room.max

and the backup wont open either
