Why? Is it too saturated or doesn't fit with the model or what?
No, that's just my own feeling, exceptionaly that was not a critic ! I'm associating the red zones with painfull irritations, that's why I feel now uncomfortable with the character. That was not a technical consideration at all :)

He just has a very thin skin near those red places :P

Here's the final render.
Closed his mouth and made the red less "bloody" and more like a thin skin 8)
Anyway. I'm done with it.

Actually the texture itself is excellent, I should have mentioned that already.
