So far I'm really liking instances. Was able to render this pretty easily.

is that a backed texture on the floor? You might want to change it to brown^^
Now add different tree types and scatter them more randomly -> realism³

The floor is just default difuse gray.

Tried to make my own version of one of Smartden's scenes in the gallery. I screwed up on the water though

benn hired a mercenary to kill my sig...

Mostly it's the checker texture screwing it all, I think water is ok

Try to put warmer light inside the pool, to distinguish better between reflections and transparency.

Oh i hadnt thought of that ... it is black&white

I'll see if i can work out a new shader code to get a new tiling shader that wont scrw up the reflections
