hello i try to illuminate a big transparent egg. I have some problems, SSS give me a black object and light illuminate the outside of the object instead of inside .
this is my blend file, i used blendigo to export igs file

Well, first of all, your mesh needs some thickness and correct normals.
Also, your egg's material, is a diffuse transmitter.
To make it transparent, it must be a specular material.
Your old SSS material is still in the blend, at the problems seems to be the high RGB-gain (the value below Absorp type).
100 i quite a lot.

BTW why dont you use blended materials? The sss renders fer ever
and I see you have only one thread.

There's definitely no need for SSS to do this. Blend a phong and a diffuse transmitter with the same colours. It'll render in a fraction of the time and will look nicer.

but i changed the original object and tried a new version of the egg, but i thin i have problems with normals. What is the manipulation to correct this ?

Select all faces and press Ctrl - n, recalculate the verticles outside.

i have another question about lighting
but in one case i have some interesting with light inside the object but outside it's too dark, and in another picture i have something good outside, but eggs are no more illuminated in this case
so how can i merge the two aspects ?

I think here helps nothing else than experimenting with diferent values on the lights-emitters that are inside the egs, and those which are iluminating the whole scene.
