Cardboard displacement map

I have seperated this discussion from the Simple Renderings Thread...

I am not able to use the black and white picture for displacement definition. Can anyone help me with the correct parameters and the necessary steps with SkIndigo? (testmodel attached)

I use texture maps (as a material) instead of displacement or clip map.
And I just only used bumps.

Here, I attached the .skp file and the two texture maps.
Sorry if it's not about the displacement. Because of no interest, as long as the render is a bit realistic.
