Grass Error

I tried to use drBouvierLeduc's in skindigo but am encountering a problem. The grass texture are not coming properly and instead i am getting 2d grass like tiles instead of grass which is upright. Can somebody please help me with this The picture can show you my problem.

Are you using it on a flat, horizontal plane? If so, then obviously it will be flat and tiling. You gotta make a bunch of small vertical planes and spread them out.
