maybe someone had already tried to recreate the cool Danel shader from Cinema 4D? or maybe some one can show me the proper direction to look for it?

I don't know the real physical behaviour and basic of anisotropic reflections...
I think they are only caused of some kind of scratches on the surface, which causes the reflections to behave like that.
But this is just a proposal.
Did you try this metal material form the MatDB yet?
It comes very close to what you want, maybe.

indeed, shaders are the most interesting part of the materials, but i need to figure out how the ISL works (fortunately there're different manuals here!)

hmmm... i tried that mat, but changed the "metal" from Aluminium to Indium Antimonide Oxide.
