Incomplete thread index?

I was just wondering, since to answer some questions around the forums I was using the search engine and it seems to me like some of the older threads from before the forum change arent found by the search engine as if they werent indexed anywhere.

Is it because they have been deleted or because I'm dillusional? Because I clearly remember there being a thread about a "perfect mirror material" and when I looked for it I couldnt find it

Also when i went to use the old search engine it bounced me back to the new one.

I think phpBB3 has an option to re-index threads for the search in the admin pannel... maybe ben or Ono should do this
