Blackbody light not supported by this feature

Post by carolyn_blake@gspnet.com » Wed Apr 01, 2009 8:44 am

I read the tutorial and have been trying to apply light to materials all afternoon without avail. I have made sure that the faces are not reversed. No matter what kind of material I try, I get "blackbody light not supported by this feature." Can you break this down step by step? What am I doing wrong?

thanks for getting back to me. I think I figured it out---I was trying to save the preset (and that's when the message popped up) but it wasn't necessary to do so. If I select the preset and then use the paint bucket to apply the material without saving, it's fine.

Thanks for trying to help, though!

You're welcome. Have you read the SkIndigo FAQ part1? perhaps it could be useful for you to start..
