I have read the advanced features tutorial of SkIndigo 0.9.1 and the only thing a don't understand completely is environment maps. Please answer this questions.
1. What are .exr and .float maps?
2. Supposing that they are image file types how can I export images to exr or float maps?

Welcome to Indigo and to Skindigo, it is a great renderer and a great exporter. one of the best things to do to learn this program is to read through these great forums, all of them-not just the Skindigo forum. I have found everyone here to be very helpful, BUT when you repeatedly post up new topics/questions and certainly ones that are easy to find in the forums, than it may annoy some people and they might not help you. just saying,
again, welcome and definitely use the search function,it works great and most questions will be answered that way and than you won't have to wait for an answer.
