OK, I have fixed this issue and am uploading a new SkIndigo version right now. It was a bug introduced in 3.2.0.

(To smooth normals, use the SketchUp soften edges tool)

Thank you everyone for your patience. This bug should now be fixed as of Indigo 3.2.6. Please update to the latest Indigo version.
