White Glass Matérial for lighting

How is it possible to make glass matérial white for diffuse light, like the photo.

I think, that diffuse transmitter blended with phong should work here. Something like this with emitter inside.

I had tryed this material, but maybe i have to link it, instead of loading in Skindigo.

Yes, it would work but I warn you: the calculation time is nothing to underestimate.
You could also try simple emitting phong: in some cases this could be a good approximation.
