render is grainy looking

Why do I only get a render with photo grainy (low resolution)?

You need to let the image render for longer. That's why Indigo is an "Unbiased" renderer, it never stops rendering, you stop it when you think the image is adequate.

My recommendation is load up the render then go and do something.. Watch a movie, take your girl out, etc. When you come back, it should look decent.
