Shimmer texture

Hi there!

Would any of you know how to apply a shimmer-y texture to a material? I have a wallcovering that I need to render and it as a slight shimmer/sheen to it and would like that to come across, so any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated!

some photos of that effect you want to achieve would help quite a lot
