errors occured while unpack PIGM file

i m here to find some help.
when i finished setup SKindigo,everything well.but a few minutes later ,when import or linke igm file,location a PIGM(download from masterialdatabase),there is a errors:errors occured while unpack pigm file.
but the 'indigo masterial editor"can open it ,and "Skindigo masterial editor"can't.

then,I del all the indigo,re-install it .good,it can work and import pigm file well.but 5 minutes later,error again.

Hi ppabc,

Welcome to the forums! What error message do you get? What did you do immediately before the error? You say you got an error after 5 minutes but did you do anything right before the error message.

Also, which PIGM file were you using?

nothing happened before the error.it just report "error occured while attemping unpack PIGM files".
Then material I used was the "redwood" and others which downoad from material database.
if i unpack PIGM manual,the it can import in the IGM and the textures.

Thanks, I will look into this. Can anyone else confirm problems with unpacking the 'redwood' material?

I have this issue when I tried to load a pigm (or igm) file located in a folder containing accentuated characters. Hop it can help.
