Discrepancies Between ViewPort and final render
I've had a few problems as the viewport is way different from the render, I tried to click in the indigo camera tag as suggested elsewhere thinking it might update it with no avail. I don't know what to do more...

Re: Discrepancies Between ViewPort and final render
I just test your scene... Same thing.
But, when I set the render size, there is an error :
Width : 200 pixels
Height : 300 pixels
...
Film Aspect : 1.333 (4/3 horizontal frame)
It must be 0.667 (2/3 vertical frame)
I dont know why there is this bug, but you just have to touch the Width or Height value to correct this.
