Thank you for this update!
Multi-instance mode for instances is omitted in this release, I guess. Never mind, your exporter exports instances faster then the native C4D's engine, lol.

Not entirely sure if you are kidding or not
cindigo usually seems really slow to me.
But yes, multi instances are not supported yet. But I might have a crack at it soon.

Well, I guess speed is a relative concept. I find it pretty speedy, kidding you not, Sir!
Multi-instances would be interesting to see, solely on the side of C4D's scene management. It can get tricky when you start to deal with tons of vegetation, grass, pebbles etc.

It would be swell if one could use the gfx card for previewing the materials, or having at least a switch to set it default.

I didn't do that because the OpenCL kernel compilation was so slow. Turns out we used outdated drivers for a long time haha. Definitely considering that for the next release.

Hi, I would like to know if there are any plans for improving IPR since is not yet fully responsive and slower than standalone version.

Hi Tom,

That is somewhere on the roadmap, yes.

Could you put a switch in the light tag so that one could choose between a diffuse/null material? I usually use it so I can better hide the shadows in some fill light I create in a scene. This way the object emitting light don't have it's own shadow casted.
