Re: Custom Indigo Material
i doubt it
just two lines of code, really.
couldnt find a fix for your GI problem yet (the above is sort of a byproduct of trying to fix it

Re: Custom Indigo Material
Cindigo now supports launching Indigo properly on OSX. You dont have to click on "start render" anymore, you can launch multiple instances from cindigo and previews will work. It could in theorie also start the IndigoConsole application but im not sure if i will enable that functionality... closing the terminal window will not close indigo (unless you do ctrl + c) and you would have to kill the process manually.
@pixie: it seems i fixed the GI problem. at least for R10.

Re: Custom Indigo Material
oh and packing and unpacking igms will work too
edit: on mac that is. works on windows already. which reminds me of the fact that the material import still needs to be rewritten....

Re: Custom Indigo Material
im experimenting with previews on macs and i wonder if its a good idea to start the IndigoConsole for it.
launching the console version from c4d does not open up a terminal window and the user does not get any visual feedback if the preview was started successfully. it will render until it reaches the halt spp set.
it works like a charm but indigo is invisible. one also has to use the terminal to cancel a preview.
what do you think?
maybe i can figure out how to get the process ID of the process i started. i could then make a dialog box:
"preview started, enter 'kill -KILL [processID]' in the terminal to cancel"
