yes, im quite sure.CoolColJ wrote:must be something with the way the meshes are exported out with Cinidgo that makes the bumpmap values inverted
Cindigo 0.9 - beta 1
thanks, so you can actually enter aperture values under 0.001 in v9.6?
damn that sucks for R10
Do you get that bug where if you change a bump map value it doesn't register in the IGS scene file?
Sometimes it does work, but most of the time it doesn't. Just thinking it might be an R10 issue as well

no, i cant set anything under 0.001, too.
bump value works for diffuse mats, but not for phong mat in the current release. but its fixed in the next. its not a cinema issue. more my own lazynes (i fixed it for diffuse, but forgot phong... man... such things wouldn't happen if i'd go for oop all the time).
added the multiplier (x1000). (thanks for posting that issue!)

Ok bump maps work for specular for me.
Just an idea - In Sketchup, with any diffuse/Phong material, if you set the opacity slider to less than 100% a diffuse transmitter of the same colour/texture is automaticly blended in with the material.
The opacity slider sets the ratio between the 2 materials
I think this would be nice for Cindigo - use the transparency channel slider in C4D to set this up
What do you think?
Or maybe a transpareny slider to do this in the material helper tag like in Blendigo

Hey fused...fused wrote:new version coming soon
some features it will have:
- export without geometry
- export IGM (import will be in the next version)
- about ()
- export and run
I just finished my exams, and have again some free time to take a look on Cindigo.
I'll wait for a "deep scan" until your announced next version is up.
ATM I try to set up an Indigo version of the Neon and Chrome Renderchalange.
Fixing the rotation issue by setting all Axis rotation of every mesh to zero works fine!
(could you automate this for each mesh while exporting?!)
But now I'm getting also issues related to size and position of the exported meshes

I attached the c4d scene file

off course it could. but i also could let it wash our underware, make our meals and let it bring us coffee....CoolColJ wrote:I remeber having those issues before in a scene
the way I got around it was group eveyrthig together ebfore moving anything and then connecting everything together before export
off course Cinidigo could do this before export internally
