Light color of an meshlight

Post by ollle » Mon Oct 23, 2006 6:15 am

I'm not sure about the color of an mesh light. I can give an object an Indigo light-tag. There are types: Black Body, Peak, RGB.
Can i use RGB for the light-color? But i can't find a parameter for the intensity of this light, hmmm.
Is there anywhere an explanation, what these types are doing?

Try the white box named "RGB color" for light color...

RGB light doesnt have any "strength" (ATM), so its very dark, compared to other light sources,
and mixing it in Scenes together with other light sources, could tonemap your
RGB source down to black...

You can use BlackBody to get some nice light color, look here for more information...
(I never used peak, BlackBody always did what I wanted from it  )
