Section plane reminds me long story of development of addons for section plane's of sketchup at different skipy forums
I uploaded a new version. Please download again, uninstall the previous version (to be sure) and install again. It should work

Nice! I've made a camera that takes advantage of it, you just drag the plane around andyou see in the viewport the scene being clipped.

Hey fused,
I'd like to have the foreground alpha and the material ID tracer modes as options in the Indigo Renderer export tab; maybe under "export settings" > "render options" ... beside the Clay render mode.
Should be a quick fix?

Look, I just put it in the version you have installed! Magic!
I added those back in Cindigo 3.0.15
edit: the reason they are in render modes and imho should stay there is that they are actual render modes, unlike clay mode (which is just a simple material override).

Now but!

Blend textures are not being displayed correctly in advanced openGL mode.
Sample scene attached... a little annoying when using foreground alpha planes or backdrops.
