Hi all,
The official Indigo material database is now out of closed beta and open to all.
You can access it by clicking on the 'Material Database' menu link near the top right of the Indigo Renderer site.
Thanks to Fused for the development work.

I think the material Database needs some linked Wiki entry about what igm igms are and how to handle... for better n00b usability

Hey boss, how long have you been working on Indigo now?
3 or 4 years?

~ 4 years, since the very first Monte Carlo tests.
Quite amazing, considering the architecture of Indigo is still evolving

I just noticed that some of the samples in the Data Base are rendered with the older version of the scene (less space at top). And also what's up with the lighting on the tinted green by Whaat it's like the light is totally different from the others, I don't mean to bitch or anything but the scene should be like exactly the same for all no?
Will be uploading my materials soon....

Ah ok, so they will all be exactly equal that's cool.
EDIT: Ah by the way I'll be deleting now any post related to my private DB now that we finally have an official one
