			Indigo 0.9 test 4:

0.9 test 4 changelog:
* sped up / messed with kd-tree building
* faster tracing
* added support for missing texture coordinate index in .obj files
* re-added check for no light sources in scene
* should be bundled with correct dlls, that use the 8.0 CRT instead of the 7.0 CRT.
Let me know about any bugs.
