Can still render 'limitless', there are only watermarks over.

Here is a Fast SSS test scene with the new Filmic cam setting.
@Contegufo i think you will like it :)

Also here is a pack of measured BRDF data for testing measured data inside Indigo Material settings.

Congratulations for the excellent result; I have some questions for you.
1) How do you replace the sphere preview another object?
2) How does the graphic tabulated?
3) The misurate materials are read-only?

Thank you!

No very much a big deal since the graphic board is recognized as an OpenCl device alone but can't take the job ! Just willing to know more on the issue plz.

edit: unsupported features are AVX/AES/PCLMULQDQ & 'QPI link rate Test'. This whole issue might be a system update issue.
video drivers are the latest as of 4.0.31

Thank you!
1) By right click and choosing another object as a preview item...it's really handy with double sided thin and sss.
2) You mean the color in sss? It's tabulated by scale & color.
3) Well yeah and No..they are binary files you can't really do much with them in therms of customizing them.
They are handy in real scenes where guess work does not do the trick. They representing a specified materials exact spectrum and luminance...like acrylic or marble.

The Fast SSS material is so much fun to play around with. :) About 6 minutes of rendering for this one - a sharp light source from behind + a dimmer fill/reflection light plane.

@contegufo Nice find!

So testin the V4 for about two weeks in. I didn't find any new & critical Bugs on my part.
Some minor stuff only but i mentioned that before (see older posts here)

There are some exporter related bugs present mainly Open CL building with instances on GPU render...but i'm pretty sure with a newer build of Cindigo it will be fixed. ( When can we try that? )

All in all V4 is pure fun! Superb upgrade to V3 it was worth the wait!

:) Keep it up guys Indigo4 is fantastic!

R9390 performance

Post by pzdm » Mon Apr 25, 2016 9:13 am

Hello everybody

I´m just testing 9390 and R9380 and the currently using 390 is pretty slow in the car scene (something somewhere around 2,251 M/s)

I checked the GPU-Z - GPU load and it´s also pretty low, it varies somewhere between 25-70%. The RAM and everything else looks correct to me.

I use last ADM/Radeon build 16.4.1

many thanks, Pavel

hey Pavel, thanks for testing!
have you let the Benchmark run for some minute?
At the Moment the Renderer doesn't start with full load, but needs some time to reach full GPU usage (~20sec).
