Thanks for getting back to me. Well here is a screenshot of my 3DS max workspace with the camera viewport selected. I have also attached the image that Indigo outputs, I'm just totaly lost as to whats going on. Any advice you could supply would be much appreciated.

Hi, I got word from the Ranch guys and they said the file went through without stopping but it did generate an error (attach at the bottom). Hi ZomB, Thanks for helping me out. Yea I read up on the ranch docs and it says there should be a PNG file unless it wasnt able to do it then there wont be. As my render was 8000x8000 I imageine that it wasnt able to make the PNG for whatever reason, do you think that may be the case? I did try what...

I got round it in the end I just used the older version of indigo. And I found out how to get the IGS by using the Skindigo menu in sketchup (my bad

Hey, thanks for posting a reply. Everything you said was what I was doing really although in your case you say I should get a .igs file I actually only have a .igi, does anyone have another way or meybe know where I'm going wrong? Thanks for any help!
