Yes the "App Data" was creating problem! First time it happened in Vista so I thought the problem is with Vista, then I installed on another system running XP and the exactly same problem happened when I used the installer (notice the top of the window in my last screenshot, its XP), so I guess it's...

It did the trick!

There was no .blender folder before the installation! so I didn't replace anything.

I installed Blendigo (with the installer) and somehow it removed all other export and import options from Blender.
