oh:)
the lillyornament i made poly by poly. then i used lathenurbs for the glas-basemesh. (uniform subdivisons for spline). I picked out a mirroring and rotatable segment and sew up these with the ornament. after optimizing i put all inside hypernurbs.
down u can see the mesh.

Here are 3 simple renderings. first one i made for a more detailed scene. second one i made for a speedbattle on c4dboard. last one just 4 fun. hope u like them:)

Hi everyone,
i made following render for testing hdri and sss. as you can see there are some mapping problems. hope i can do it better next time:) this image calculated about 4h on my quadcore (q6600).

HAllo, In nem Funprojekt hab ich ein paar Kerzen. Den wollt ich noch etwas Glare verpassen. Ich dachte mir, das sollte über die Blendendiffraktion zu machen sein. yes, it need to cook longer, but for testing reasons it have to suffice. i need to do some changes, after that i will render them again. the candles are modeled. I am glad to hear you like it:) yeap, indigo is funtastic
