Right :D
I might be wrong, because I've never used it before, but it looks like Cinepaint can do this...

But, Indigo can save un-tonemapped images .. so, that's not too hard at all ..!

Ono, Could you explain again (or link to your previous explanation) of why this is physically incorrect? I've been looking through the forums, trying to find this but couldn't :( I thought, that, as light properties are additive, and light waves don't interfere (at least, not on the scale we're talk...

Well done! This looks pretty useful... I guess the only drawback is the extra time waiting for the separate renders.
One question: How did you combine the separate images? Was it some sort of "screen" or "add" or what ..?

Beautiful! Is that a mate I see in the first pic ?! test-balls3.jpg looks especially nice. I like the effect you created with the blends... Regarding test-bamboo2.jpg .. I'm not sure I've ever actually been able to see through a leaf like that :P but its probably hard to get that balanced with the r...

You're right-- in theory, its pretty easy to get parameters that emulate an eye. As long as the scene is physically based (lighting intensities, etc.), it might even be possible to automatically calculate pupil "aperture," rod-cone ratios for saturation, etc. I think the issue is that, our eyes can ...

But.. with no root access, its been a butt to get Wine running. No luck so far.. (gotta somehow install to my afs drive, anybody have any tips?...

I'm modelling in Blender 2.44, been using it since the 1.80 days ...
Wasn't supposed to be really realistic-- for that, I'd probably have to do some grass, too .. Maybe I'll have a go tonight.
And, thanks :D

Introduction...

Hi all, I just discovered Indigo some days ago, already I'm very impressed. I'm the one who posted http://www.indigorenderer.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_gallery2&Itemid=26&g2_itemId=18562 -- with only a few hours of getting to know this crazy new (to me!) program I'm getting better renders than ...
