I am sorry it took me so long to read, thank you for answering Olis ! No problem at all :wink: I suppose that the region could be patched with a transparent border to avoid such a seam (feather borders, for selections in Photoshop). That's kind of what I did. I did it with the eraser tool instead.

I'm very interested in the region rendering (see my last posted wip, the chromed, front parts of the couch). Can you give more details on the compositing aspects involved, if any ? It works as long as the camera is above the water surface. If I want a picture from inside the pool, I'd have to make it a closed volume.

I agree as well. The stone texture is there as a placeholder until I fins something better. Does anyone have a suggestion?
