I believe I had seen an animation using Blendigo to render the scene but demonstrating the Blender physics engine. Fluid to be exact. It all looked seamless to me. but then again, i am an amateur. If Blendigo is not appearing in the Render menu or in the Scripts->Render menu (same thing!) then Blendigo has not been installed properly. Can you locate the folder which contains the file blendigo.py ? From there we can tell you where it (and other files) should be located to make it work. Awsome...
