Thanks Ono, you'll be seeing more of this car in the future so you better get used to it.
Thanks bubs! I love classic cars too (in fact I did some of my driver's license practice in my father's 356 speedster replica) , but I somehow don't feel that my CGI would do them justice, because you miss out on so much of the car's personality that comes from the panel imperfections, orange peel, the wear and tear on all the materials and so on. I do have a 250 GTO mesh somewhere on my computer though, will probably give it a go sometime.bubs wrote:Juju wrote:nice render, missing the obligatory rap artist with bling & beachesTotally agree! Still awesome work as usual Oscar!
Are you purely a new car guy? I (for purely selfish reasons!) would love to see you have a crack at some classics! Maybe some inspiration for you... (I threw a little Swedish classic in there too!)

Nothing serious, just a very quick animation for a school project. Sigh, ironing boards... great fun, they are.

I love ironing techs, so progressive...
I bet the rendering was quite fast with reasonable sampling limits ?

As slick as it can get! Looks so stylized it could be an example from Corel Draw!

bubs: Yeah, sometimes I tend to kinda screw up the images in my long Photoshop stints. Waking up the morning after with a fresh pair of eyes helps.
