Crash With Multi-subobject
I understand that you cant use a multi-sub object in Indigo (at least in the recent past) but I dont know how to get it out of my material editor. It somehow maintains its hold on my scene lurking somewhere up and I cant remove it and it crashes Max every time that Max sees it and tries to preview-render it as a material. Anyone figure out how to clean all scene materials to get rid of an incompatible material for Indigo?

Hi Dustin,
can you provide a max scene file with which I can reproduce this crash?
Thanks!

Re: Crash With Multi-subobject
i apparently fixed it accidentally. I was deleting extraneous geometry out of the scene to send to you and the MSO material went with it. It seems that it was one particular MSO material because hundreds of others were rendered in the slate editor just fine. Now I just have to figure out how to delete just that one out of the scene completely.

I spoke too soon. I tried to create a new MSO material and it crashed Max 2020.
