big problem with exporting......

hi suvakas i attach one of my objects in my new scene in max file format to make and u some tests...also i give an picture of wath i get...i dont understand...what happents?
i also tryed to export in xml and 3ds format....the same thing happends...

filipo i dont understand what u mean.....the geometrie is editable mesh....i export them in 3ds and xml but give the same result....i think is deeper problem...suv please chek the scene and give me one solution....im about to crazy!

realized? Do you mean "applied"?
Î don't know, how the 3DsMAX exporter works, but... import? shouldn't the exporter automatically get the geometry?

Scenes like this always come handy for finding bugs (yeah..like there is not enough bugs already

).
I'll check it out.

[edit] ups... I have only Max 7 at home. Will check the scene tomorrow at work.

The scene will render fine with next Maxigo version when using a new feature called "Fix Mesh Errors"

(i'm not sure if i should turn that feature ON by default or implement it as a selection box (it is a selection at the moment)).
It isn't 100% fool-proof , but I've been able to render scenes, that were soo messy and didn't work even with M2I exporter, by using that new feature i "invented". It even exports actively linked Autocad models (no X-refed models though..those have to be merged to scene).
So hold on. I will release it as soon as possible (maybe on this week

Depends on my workload in other areas).

ohhh my god......thnx suvakas i have a full modeled scene and i get 80% of my objects with this "boxed" error!

the"fix mesch errors" there is in this exporter or in the a future exporter?
