IndigoMax licence error

This error appears when i hit render button, although there's only Indigo RT and plugin for max 2012 in the package were installed. and my licence is for Indigo RT, certainly. Is there something wrong? May i get some help ?

My IndigoMax is Version 3.4.4 ,it's the current version in Indigo install package, i guess so. I've just purchased IndigoRT for a few days but i can't do anything without IndigoMax.

Im now looking for your support, asap. Thanks.

By the way, as i saw there are several reports about 3dsmax crashing when opening Compact Material Editor ( even though there is a fresh scene), but i still can't find any solution for this. It's really a big problem with me, too.

Well, IndigoMax does not have version 3.4.4 yet, so I assume you're talking about Indigo 3.4.4 release, which was bundled with 0.1.2.44. You might verify this with Customize > Plugin Manager, navigate to IndigoMax.dlr and read description.
Anyway, You might try go to <max root>\plugins\IndigoMax folder and rename / backup file indigo_sdk.dll
