i tried to export using maxigo and it fails, and also i try to render normally in 3ds max(set the setting to indigo render) and it didn't work, instead of using indigo to render, it was using its original render method by 3ds max

it was a very simple square box, and it can't export ><.

please help and sorry for the broken english.

Could you at least tell what versions of Max and Maxigo you're using?

latest version of maxigo, and 3ds max version 2010, 2011 ^^ 64bit

Then you're probably not using the latest Maxigo. It only works in Max 2012 and 2013. Older Max versions are not supported. (I'm too lazy to compile for older versions)
