Hey,
I'm not sure about that. Is 2012 even out yet?
If it will support 2011 plugins, then yes, Maxigo will work.
If not, then it needs to be recompiled specially for 2012.

Unfortunately there are more issues with it than just recompiling.
Maxigo started to give random crashes and writing errors with Max 2012, so it seems, that there are some changes made to maxscript too. I'm not sure if there will be scripted Maxigo as it is now for 2012. Probably a C++ plugin will replace the scripted one soon.

There seems to be an issue with Indigo right now... There are no updated scripts because everyone is holding out for the new release of indigo. I have heard the scripts will be release with the new version of indigo which will happen "soon" but "soon" is going on months now with no end insite or a timeline.... Right now I am working in a commercial environment and have run into an issue... I was going to move to blender 2.5 because i can model in it quicker... Only issue is there is no export for Indigo. So i decide me and the other models should move up to 3ds this year... Turns out there is no export for 2012 max... So it is getting harder and harder to keep telling my bosses that we need to stick with Indigo. I really like indigo and what it has done for me and my career and really want to continue using it.. But with pressure from above we need to have scripts working for the newer software in order to keep using and growing with indigo
I hope no one take this as complaining but as a concern.

All I can say is, that I'm working hard on new Maxigo version.
It's already running on Max 2012 and I do all my testing on both, 2011 and 2012 from now on.

Thank you very much for all your hard work. I did not mean to make it sound that no work was getting done. Is there anyway i can get the new exporter so i can see how it works with max 2012 or do i need to wait till the next version of indigo is released.

I'm affraid you have to wait for the next version. Some things have changed and current Indigo ver would give you errors when exporting from new exporter.
But the new Maxigo will work similar to Maxwell plugin. It acts like a separate renderer and loads Indigo image back to Max after Indigo is done rendering.
